• ✅ Click Request Consultation.
• 📞 Wait for your DigiMed doctor's call (calls may come from an unregistered number).
• 💻 Complete your teleconsultation.
• 📧 Receive your medical assessment and prescription via email.
• ⭐ Rate your consultation experience.

For Dengue Hospitalization

• 🏥 Present your Certificate of Coverage (COC) together with one valid ID at any PhilCare-accredited hospital.
• 📋 The hospital will verify your membership and coverage with PhilCare.
• 🩺 Coverage approval is based on the final diagnosis of Dengue.
• 🔄 If the final diagnosis is not Dengue, the plan benefits may be reactivated by PhilCare.

📝 Clients may cancel this health plan within 15 days from receipt of the Certificate of Coverage, provided the product has not been used.

💵 Refunds are subject to PhilCare's Termination Policy.

• 📞 Wait for your DigiMed doctor's call. Calls may come from an unregistered number while your submitted information is being reviewed.
• 💻 Attend your teleconsultation with your DigiMed doctor.
• 📧 Check your registered email for your medical assessment and prescription.
• ⭐ Rate your consultation experience through the HeyPhil app.

For Dengue Hospitalization:

• 🏥 Present your Certificate of Coverage (COC) together with one (1) valid ID at any PhilCare-accredited hospital.
• 📋 Hospital personnel will verify your membership eligibility and health coverage with PhilCare.
• 🩺 Coverage approval is based on the final medical diagnosis. An In-Patient Letter of Authorization (LOA) may initially be issued if Dengue is suspected but may be revoked if the final diagnosis confirms the illness is not Dengue.
• 🔄 If the final diagnosis is not Dengue, your plan benefits may be reactivated by a PhilCare Customer Care Representative.

💵 If you disagree with the Terms and Conditions and the product has not yet been registered, you may request a refund subject to PhilCare's Return, Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy.

🏥 Dengue hospitalization benefits are subject to PhilCare's evaluation based on the registration date, activation date, final medical diagnosis, hospital billing, professional fees, and applicable policy exclusions.

💰 If applicable, members must first settle the required co-pay amount before PhilCare covers eligible expenses up to the plan's benefit limit.

📋 Coverage is subject to PhilCare's General Exclusions and Limitations as stated in the Certificate of Coverage.
